Ira Lupu: the photographer who captured the world of web cam modeling

Many photographers tried to capture the world of webcam modeling, but there’s one in particular who succeeded in doing so more intimately. Ira Lupu presented her multimedia project “On Dreams and Screens”, where she challenges the perception that part of the world has of cam girls by inviting viewers into their fascinating world. The world of camming is a very lucrative one, with more and more people joining to break free of corporate life and jobs that offer no flexibility. As a webcam model, women can be their own bosses and manage their own time. I’m a wedding photographer based on the Mornington Peninsula but have had the wonderful opportunity to photograph weddings all throughout Victoria. My aim is to capture your unique love story through heartfelt, documentary-driven photos that will preserve the memories of the day you married your best friend.

I find so much meaning in creating experiences for couples that makes them fall more in love with each other and becomes something to look back on and feel for a lifetime.

In a nutshell, I’m a little crazy for passionate embraces, crinkly nose laughter and beautifully natural, candid moments.
